About Charles:
Charles has been in the Energy Industry for over 15 years serving in multiple leadership roles.
He was Vice President of Clevest Solutions Inc., a leading provider of field automation tools to the utility industry, President of Ziphany LLC. (Gridway Energy), a software solutions provider to the Demand Response and Energy Monitoring sector and Director of Demand Response Solutions at Cannon Technologies (then Cooper Power Systems, now Eaton). Prior to the energy sector, Charles had a successful career in operations management in the paper, plastic and steel industries.
Charles earned his Master of Management in Finance, Economics and Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University-Mankato.
When not at Mad Dash, Charles is an avid cyclist competing in road, cross, gravel and mountain bike events across North America. When Charles isn’t pedaling across the countryside he is running, having completed 25 marathons and 8 Ironman Triathlons. In addition to all of his outdoor activities, Charles also enjoys reading, live music and traveling.
