Dedicated Project Managers and Installation Coordinators
All Projects are assigned a dedicated project specialist who serve as a point of contact for the customer and oversee the project from start to finish.
Database and Automated Reporting Systems Data Tracking
Mad Dash utilizes an advanced customer information management application, Electronic Service Control (ESC) for data tracking, maintaining customer detail, inventory, and installation scheduling. Having a single point of entry for all facets of an installation allows us an easy access to customer and installation details, as well as detailed reporting on a wide range of criteria for our clients.
Data Tracking
All Mad Dash installations are tracked utilizing ESC software. We can tailor the information delivery method in any format preferred.
Scheduling
Mad Dash dedicates staff to execute an efficient installation schedule and keep field staff on track.
Inventory Tracking
All hardware received will be in our insured conditioned/ fire protected space.
